In this webinar, Dr. Casey Crockett will introduce the fundamentals of insecticide resistance (IR), including how it develops and why monitoring IR is critical, particularly in mosquito populations. She will provide an overview of the CDC Bottle Bioassay, a laboratory tool that uses technical-grade active ingredients to evaluate IR status in mosquitoes. The session will conclude with a discussion on the role of IR monitoring in integrated mosquito control strategies.
